About Lee's Enterprises

I show up because you deserve more than a contractor who treats your home like another checkbox.

How This Started

When I called contractors to remodel my own house, I noticed something. They'd show up, quote a price, then disappear. If something went wrong, I had to track down a crew member who wasn't on site. Questions would go unanswered. Details got missed. I realized people didn't need another contractor. They needed someone who actually cared about their space the way they did.

That frustration turned into a decision. In 2011, I started Lee's Enterprises. I decided from day one that I would be there for every single job. Not delegating, not managing from a distance—actually there, sawdust in my clothes, answering your questions when they come up, not three days later.

Those first years, we took on decks and interior remodeling work. I built one crew I trusted completely. We worked smaller than other shops, but we worked smarter. A homeowner could call me directly. I could explain why we were using one material instead of another. There was no hierarchy between the guy selling the job and the guy building it. It was the same guy, thinking about your project the same way from estimate to finish.

'I'm on site for every job because your home isn't another number to me. It's where you live.'

— Lee, Owner & Lead Carpenter

What We've Learned

Thirteen years in, certain truths stick with you. Locally owned means accountability. When we finish a job in your neighborhood, we see you at the grocery store. That weight matters. We don't cut corners because we actually live here, not just work here. You'll see us again, and we'll know if something failed.

Being veteran-owned taught me discipline and precision. You learn in the military that a small mistake upstream creates big problems downstream. That transfers directly to building. We measure twice, cut once. We plan for weather and material changes before they surprise us. Our clients notice—fewer delays, fewer surprises, fewer rework cycles.

And quality-conscious work isn't trendy. It's just harder. It takes longer to source the right material than to grab the cheapest option. It takes longer to finish a detail the right way than the fast way. I've watched homeowners notice the difference six months later—a deck that still looks tight, trim that hasn't shifted, stairs that are still quiet. That's not luck. That's choosing patience every single day.

How We Work Together

Working with us means straightforward communication. You can call me directly with questions. You'll see the same crew every day, not a rotating cast of subcontractors. We'll explain our process upfront so you're never guessing what comes next. We show up on time, we protect your home like it's ours, and we leave your site cleaner than we found it.

If you're thinking about a deck or interior remodeling, reach out. Let's talk about what you're building and why it matters to you. That conversation alone changes everything.
